Why yoga?

Yoga is a fantastic form of exercise. It can help to improve your mobility, strength and flexibility, BUT, it can be so much more than just an exercise class.

Yoga has taught me an incredible amount about myself and others, it has brought me mental strength and resilience through difficult times and I have never felt so strong, healthy and able to tackle whatever life throws at me. Oh, and just to make it clear:

  • You don't need to be able to touch your toes

  • You can't 'be bad' at yoga

  • You just need to show up and try
